Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AU). The prices indicated exclude freight and handling unless otherwise stated. The prices that are displayed on the website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice

In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfill your order (including because a product has become unavailable or we cease selling the product for any reason whatsoever), we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

 

Payment Method

Online orders: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and afterpay(Buy Now, Pay later) . Please contact us if you would like make payment via bank transfer.

 

Return & Exchanges Policy

We understand that internet shopping is different to the conventional way of shopping. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return, exchange or refund the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original packaging with tags attached –unused, unwashed, unopened and with the original receipt.

The cost of freight for the return product will be your responsibility.

It is highly recommended that any returns are sent with a tracker (e.g. Registered post) as we will not be held responsible for any items going astray in the mail. Please contact Little Online shop within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.

ALL returns are to be pre-approved by Little Online Shop.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged or not in their original packaging ready for resale. Under no circumstances will a refund be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer liable for any return shipping costs.

We take great care in packaging your order so that it arrives at your doorstep intact and request the same care to be taken with returns.

Please note exchanged will be charge an additional delivery fee.

Postage and handling fees are NOT refundable.

ON SALE’ items are NOT covered by our Return and Exchange policy unless deemed faulty.

  

Faulty Products

If goods are found to have a major fault as a result of manufacturing defect, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will then work out the best way to rectify this Return/Exchange. We reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.
